South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem says she will deliver her budget to the legislature next Wednesday.

Daugaard’s budget included increases of two-point three percent for schools, state employees and Medicaid funded health care providers.
Legislators are taking a four-day weekend and will return to Pierre on Tuesday.
