South Dakota lawmakers will meet Monday for the final day of the 2020 legislative session.

Governor Kristi Noem says she will have a package of eleven emergency bills she is asking legislators to pass…

Noem says all of the emergency legislation will expire next year…

Most legislators will not be in Pierre but will join the session online remotely.

Noem also says she will sign a number of bills passed this year but hold off on spending until they get a better idea of state revenues….

The Governor also made four fairly minor veto’s that legislators will vote on.
