South Dakota legislators are meeting in special session in Pierre today. Lawmakers are being asked to approve legislation that will complete a legal case that allows states to receive sales taxes from online sellers.
Governor Dennis Daugaard says Wayfair, the defendant, has not signaled if they will appeal….

The other bill, SB – 2, provides for tax collection from marketplace sellers.
