The Government Operations and Audit Committee of the South Dakota legislature meets Thursday in Pierre.
The agenda includes an appearance by the Department of Public Safety to talk about the states terrorism preparedness and security for the Keystone XL pipeline project.
Committee Chair, Representative Jean Hunhoff says that discussion will be put off to the new session of the legislature…
