An agricultural education program developed by the South Dakota Farm Bureau Women’s leadership team has brought home a national award.  Women’s Leadership Chair Cindy Foster says their ‘’Book in a Bucket’’ program was honored at the recent American Farm Bureau Annual meeting.

She says their hands-on ag education kit has reached several hundred school children in South Dakota.

Foster says other states have shown interest in the Book in a Bucket program.

Foster says three state programs were honored at the AFBF annual meeting including South Dakota, North Carolina and Indiana.
