The Democratic National Committee will contribute at least twenty-three million dollars over the next four years among fifty state parties.

South Dakota Democratic Party Chairman Randy Seiler says it will help continue their momentum..

The DNC agreement also creates a “Red State Fund” aimed at traditionally republican states. Seiler says that is a policy change from the national organization….

Seiler says other states have become more politically competitive…
