SD Democratic Governor Candidate Billie Sutton Picks up Some Republican Endorsements

Former South Dakota Senator Larry Pressler, and several other notable Republican and Independent business and political leaders have endorsed democratic Governor candidate Billie Sutton, and his running mate Michelle Lavallee.

Pressler, along with De Knudson, Commissioner Jim Schmidt, Dale Froehlich, Michael Wyland, and Sandy Slunecka joined in the endorsement.

Pressler says the state needs more bi-partisanship….

Pressler says Sutton is a moderate democrat….

Pressler says Sutton will bring change and reform to state government….

Pressler served as a republican in the US House from 1975 to 1979, and as a Senator from 1979 to 1997. He then ran as an independent for the US Senate in 2014.
