Democratic Attorney General candidate Randy Seiler has filed a complaint with the Government Accountability Board against the head of the Department of Public Safety, Trevor Jones.
Seiler says he deserves a hearing…..

The complaint is connected to an appearance by republican Attorney General Candidate Jason Ravnsborg at a Department of Public Safety demonstration at the State Fair. Jones apologized for allowing Ravnsborg to appear.

Seiler says there could be a violation of the state employee handbook….

Seiler says it is difficult to make up for the public appearance…..

The Government Accountability Board meets on an irregular schedule to hear these type of cases.
