The City of Wagner and the state Department of Transportation have reached an agreement on upcoming changes to Highway 46 through the town.
Project Engineer Mark Leiferman told the state Transportation Commission last week that they took the plan to the Wagner City Council…..

The proposal would change the current four lane highway to a three lane with sidewalks.
Leiferman says they made some changes to that initial plan….

The project will now be added to the five year plan.
