The County Government Interim Committee of the South Dakota legislature is meeting in Pierre.
The committee has been hearing from state and local officials about the issues, mostly financial that impact counties across the state.
At their first session, Brown County Commissioner, and President of the state Association of County Commissioners, Duane Sutton told lawmakers they have several proposals, including changing the way alcohol funds are distributed…………
