The transition in leadership in the US House should be a good one.
That from South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem, who says new Speaker Paul Ryan of Wisconsin wants to open up the legislative process……….

With Ryan moving to the Speakers office, that opened the door for a new Chairman of the Ways & Means Committee.
Noem, who serves on that committee, says new Chairman, Kevin Brady of Texas has some local connections…………

Noem says she thinks those changes will help her move some priority bills………….

Noem says they should also be able to move more quickly on budget bills.
