South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem says she is looking forward to this session of Congress with republicans in control of Congress and the White House.
She is a lame duck of sorts, as she announced her plans last November to run for Governor in 2018. Noem says despite that, she has ambitious plans this year……
