A CBS News poll shows most Americans doubt that the tax cut bill now moving through Congress will do what it is intended to do.
Only thirty five percent of those surveyed approve of the plan as it now is written, and seventy one percent say they believe their taxes will either go up, or stay the same.

Noem says their goals have been very clear….
Noem says the tax bill will greatly improve the economy, not add to the federal deficit. She says they plan to begin full discussions next week.
