The South Dakota Board of Regents will hold the annual budget and planning session during their meeting next week in Pierre.
Board President Kevin Schiffer says it will also be the first formal meeting for new Executive Director and CEO Paul Beran………

Schieffer says rising tuition is hurting their ability to attract students…..
The meeting is scheduled next Tuesday through Thursday at the River Rock Lodge near Pierre.
