The South Dakota Board of Regents meets this week at Black Hills State University in Spearfish. A major item on the agenda will be tuition and fee increases for students.

University of South Dakota President Jim Abbott says they are hoping for a small increase…..

Abbott says he doesn’t know if staff cuts will be needed…..

The Regents meet Tuesday through Thursday in the Student Union at Black Hills State.
