The South Dakota Board of Regents will consider a report at their meeting this week that could lead to allowing some use of alcohol on the six state university campuses.
Janelle Toman, Director of Communications for the Regents has been coordinating a task force on the issue…………

Toman says they have narrowed the focus of where and when alcohol could be allowed………
