SD Board of Regents Talks 2016 Budget…Extend Tuition Freeze

The South Dakota Board of Regents met at USD in Vermillion this week, and among the agenda items was initial discussion of the 2016 budget. The state’s universities are operating under a one hundred ninety four million dollar budget this year. That budget was built with a one year tuition freeze.
