The South Dakota Board of Regents will be meeting this week in Ft Pierre, holding their annual strategic planning session.
One of the agenda items is titled: “College Affordability in South Dakota; A Critical Analysis.”
Regents President Kevin Schieffer says much of the affordability question is tied to their shrinking funding….
