The South Dakota Board of Regents reorganized and elected new officers at their meeting this week at Black Hills State University.
Regents selected Pam Roberts as President, replacing John Bastian, who remains on the board.
Roberts says she has worked with leadership for several years….

Roberts says the universities got a big financial boost from Governor Noem and the legislature this year….

Roberts was appointed to the Board by former Governor Dennis Daugaard in 2016.
