The South Dakota Board of Regents will consider a policy change at their meeting this week that would drop tuition costs for Iowa students, from non-resident to resident rates.
University of South Dakota President Jim Abbott says they used to have a large number of students, especially from northwest Iowa attending….

Abbott says they have also had competition from the three major state universities in Iowa….

Abbott says the intend to aggressively pursue those Iowa students again….

The Regents are meeting at the School of Mines in Rapid City this week.
