Committee Co-Chair, Don Frankenfeld of Rapid City says the issue of campaign finance has gotten national attention…..

Frankenfeld says there are republicans and democrats backing the measure….

Frankenfeld, a former legislator, says it is a way to protect the political process….

The issue would also provide a method of some public financing of campaigns, with what backers are calling “Democracy Vouchers.”
