South Dakota voters could see a ballot issue next year that could limit the number of future ballot issues.
Representative Mark Mickelson of Sioux Falls, is pushing the initiative that would limit the amount of out of state money that could be used for state ballot campaigns.
Mickelson says it is not surprising that some have called the move unconstitutional……

Just under fourteen thousand petition signatures have to be filed with the Secretary of State by November.
