“Marsy’s Law for South Dakota,” an organization composed of citizens and victim rights advocates, is ready to start the campaign for their ballot issue.

Jason Glodt is a former prosecutor, and State Director for Marsy’s Law for South Dakota….

Glodt says current law is not enforceable….

Glodt says state law is also defined very narrowly…

That issue is one of six that have been certified for the November ballot, with one pending verification.
