Attorneys General from across the country spent time at their convention last week talking about the spread of opioid drug issues.

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley says that includes heroin and some prescription drugs. He says the state now has some reaction protocols in place….

Jackley says there have been overdoses of those type of drugs in the state….

Jackley says the state has not seen the spread of those type of drugs as in other parts of the country….

Jackley says he may bring some other drug enforcement bills to the 2016 legislature.
