SD Attorney General Declines to Appeal IM24 Ruling

South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg declined to file an appeal to a Judges decision ruling IM24 unconstitutional. The deadline to file was Monday of this week.
Ravnsborg says they didn’t feel they would win on appeal…

IM24 was approved by voters in last years election and would have banned out of state contributions to ballot question committees.
