The South Dakota Alzheimer’s Association is holding a series of meetings this month, working toward a state plan on dealing with the disease.
South Dakota has the most deaths per capita from Alzheimer’s in the country, and has a rapidly aging population.
Association Executive Director Leslie Morrow says the plan will be written from the input they receive……

Morrow says help for caregivers is also a priority. She hopes to have a plan ready for legislators review later this year.
