SD Agriculture Needs to Help Explain GMO’s

A number of large food companies will soon begin reporting if their products contain ingredients from genetically modified plants like corn and soybeans. The GMO debate has been focused because of a law passed in Vermont that takes effect on July first.
Congress has yet to find a compromise that would head off that state law.
