SD AG Jason Ravnsborg Fined, Avoids Jail Time in Accidental Death

A Circuit Judge rejected a plea deal for Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg and imposed fines but no jail time in connection with the accident that killed Joe Boever near Highmore last September.
