A reminder as most Minnesota students head back to school tomorrow: fines have increased for drivers who fail to stop for school buses when its lights are flashing and the crossing arm is fully extended.

The State Patrol’s Tiffani Nielson says in Minnesota, motorists are required to stop at least 20 feet from a school bus displaying red flashing lights or a stop arm.
