Mount Marty has announced the hiring of a new men’s basketball coach.

The Yankton college has named Cody Schilling as its ninth coach in program history.
The former Augustana basketball standout has been working with Avera Sports Specialists in Sioux Falls and was director of the Avera Select Basketball program overseeing several travelling basketball teams.

As a college player, the Ellsworth, Mn., native earned honorable mention All American honors and left Augustana as the school’s leading scorer.
