The Small Business Administration is opening a recovery center in Yankton Friday to provide assistance to businesses and individuals following the March storms and flooding.

No appointment is needed, and all the services are free. The center in Yankton will be located at the R-TEC building and will be open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM.
