Following a decision by the Yankton City Commission to fund the SAC fitness center for another year, a volunteer task force is being formed to better define the centers mission.

Moser says the commission will officially form the committee and give it some direction…..

The commission had proposed closing the center at the end of this year due to rising costs and dropping revenues. A large public response moved the commission to extend funding for another year.
