A pair of walk off hits accounted for a pair of one-run wins Tuesday in College World Series action in Omaha.

Mississippi tallied a run in the bottom of the ninth for a 2-1 victory over Texas Tech in an elimination game.

Virginia notched a run in the bottom of the 15th inning in the nightcap for a 3-2 win over TCU in a winner’s bracket matchup. The game lasted four hours and 51 minutes and tied for the longest game in the tourney’s history by innings.

UC Irvine will face Texas in an elimination game Wednesday night.
