South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says he hopes the Congressional setback for the Keystone XL pipeline project doesn’t end up killing it.

Congress passed a bill authorizing the pipeline, but President Obama vetoed the bill.

Trans Canada said on Friday that they are still committed to getting the pipeline built through South Dakota and Nebraska.
