South Dakota’s new Senator, Mike Rounds is moving rapidly into the business of legislating. He says he has had a number of committee meetings, and is getting ready for floor debate.

Rounds says while he has not yet introduced any bills on his own, he is a co-sponsor of the bill authorizing construction of the Keystone XL pipeline…
