EPA’s proposed mandates for Renewable Fuel Standard volume requirements for both 2013 and 2014 have been delayed.  Although their 2014 numbers are expected to be sent to the Office of Management and Budget sometime this week.  Renewable Fuel Association’s Senior Vice President  Geoff Cooper says his group is frustrated by EPA’s constant foot dragging.

Cooper says last week EPA for the third time extended the 2013 volume requirement deadline. He says with that they set no specific date and just indicated it would be 30 days after the 2014 rule is out.

Cooper says those 2014 requirements may not come out until after the November election.
