Rob Wylie, the longtime Executive Director of the South Dakota Retirement System is taking advantage of that system and is himself retiring. He announced his intentions last December and met with the board for the last time this week.
Wylie says he set goals for himself and the system when he took the job in 2003…

The South Dakota Retirement System is among the very few public plans that are fully funded.
The retirement board decided to hire Travis Almond as the next Executive Director. He is currently member services and communication manager for the retirement system.
