Retaining Labor A Priority For South Dakota

The Administration of South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard has made workforce development one of their top priorities since he was elected in 2010. Now the challenge may be workforce retention. A number of companies and labor unions are actively recruiting in the state for jobs in the oil patch of western North Dakota.
