Resolution Calls for Study of Juvenile Education

A number of bills and resolutions have been pre filed ahead of the South Dakota legislative session.
Among them is House Concurrent Resolution 6001 that calls for a study of ways to keep kids 16 and older in school until graduation.

There will be a number of bills introduced this year that originated from the summer study of juvenile justice and mental health.
