Nebraska has a growing reputation as part of the “Silicon Prairie” in which high-tech companies sprout up and grow.

But, growth has led to a need to lure workers with computer skills to the state.

Hudl co-founder John Wirtz says the company has grown incredibly since its founding in 2006

Wirtz says his company has had success in drawing talent from throughout the country…as well as luring native Nebraskans back to the state. . .

Wirtz says the low cost of living and the people of Nebraska help with recruitment efforts.
