South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley and the Division of Criminal Investigation released the summary into the shooting of Trae Angel on September 1st in Yankton.
The Division of Criminal Investigation conducted the investigation at the request of the Yankton Police Department.

The incident occurred in an alley in downtown Yankton following a report of an assault at a Yankton residence. Angel is being held on a number of felony attempted murder and assault charges.
