Renewables A Part Of Nebraska Governor’s Ag Conference

The Two day 26th annual Nebraska Governor’s Ag Conference gets underway Today at the Kearney Holiday Inn.   A major part of the conference will be how renewables work well with the livestock industry. Nebraska Ethanol Board Administrator Todd Sneller says that will be specifically highlighted during two of the presentations.

Sneller says in addition Green Plains Renewable Energy President and CEO Todd Becker will be sharing insights on current and future policy considerations for the biofuels industry. He says on Thursday participants will share with several young people attending the conference.

Other speakers include Animal Ag Alliance Executive Director Kay Johnson Smith, Dr. Ronnie Green Vice Chancellor of the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources at UNL and US Farmers and Ranchers Alliance Executive Director Randy Krotz.
