Jack Warner, the Executive Director of the South Dakota Board of Regents will be retiring at the end of June. He came to the state in 2009 from Rhode Island to head up the state university system.
Warner says the job exceeded his expectations…
Warner says he thinks he leaves the system in good shape…
Enrollment in the six universities topped thirty six thousand last fall.
Warner says he has some worries, including the increasing cost of higher education…
Warner says he and his wife will return to Rhode Island to be close to their family.
