The Yankton County Office of Emergency Management’s (YCOEM) in conjunction with the Red Cross, have opened a shelter at The Center, 900 Whiting Drive. If you have been displaced due to flooding, please head to The Center for assistance. The shelter will remain open as long as there is a need.
