A bill legalizing recreational marijuana that was killed Monday in the House State Affairs Committee, was successfully smoked out on the House floor Tuesday.

The bill will now be debated on the House floor. It would legalize possession of up to an ounce of marijuana by those over twenty one and allow marijuana to be grown, processed and sold.
