September is “Recovery Month”. There were more than 50,000 admittances to chemical dependency treatment centers in Minnesota last year. Clair Wilson is with the Community Supports Administration

 

The theme this year is “Join the Voices for Recovery: Our Families, Our Stories, Our Recovery” and Wilson says mental health and substance abuse disorders affect people of all ages, ethnicities, genders and economic levels.
