Recent data breaches at the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) are prompting North Mankato State Senator Nick Frentz to call for modern cloud-based internet computing.
In the most recent breach, the information of around 3,000 people may have been exposed after a DHS employee fell for a phishing scam and clicked on a malicious link last September.
