The Yankton County Commission may soon turn its attention again to the Napa rail junction. There was a long debate last year over development at the site northwest of Yankton. Dakota Plains of Parkston had talked about building a grain loading facility at the site, but later settled on a location near Tabor in Bon Homme County.
