Tuesday’s Appeals Court decision upholding Country of Origin Labeling is the third straight court win for the law’s proponents. R CALF is one of those groups. CEO Bill Bullard says the 8 to 3 decision puts COOL on solid ground for both consumers and agriculture producers.

Bullard says the meat group’s who challenged Country of Origin Labeling not only failed to prove their case but had a poor argument to begin with.

Bullard says they’re now waiting to see how the WTO will rule regarding U.S. Country of Origin Labeling.
