Push On for New Animal Diagnostic Lab at SDSU

There seems to be growing agreement that the Animal Disease Research and Diagnostic Lab at SDSU in Brookings needs to be replaced. The issue is finding the money to do it. Its estimated to cost about fifty eight million dollars to build a new facility.

Epp says a number of Ag groups will be in Pierre next month to push for the dollars needed for the lab…………

Ag fest will be held February 7th. Governor Dennis Daugaard included five million dollars for the lab in his proposed budget.
